SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Because everything is handmade and made to order, certain items will take longer to ship. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for orders including apparel items to be shipped. Each item listing will have its own estimated shipping time in the description. We try our hardest to get your products to you as soon as possible. So we thank you for your patience!

​Once your order is picked up by USPS we are no longer responsible for any shipping issues/arrival time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive an email confirmation when your items have shipped. Please check that all shipping/billing addresses are correct!

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

But we will always be willing to chat and make sure you are helped with any order/issues!

​MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

Please email any shipping adjustments to heystrawberrydisco@gmail.com.

Once the order is placed you will have a 24 hour window period to change address!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship do ship internationally! Please note all customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. These may vary by country.
